Formal wear FAQs

We want your rental experience to be stress-free and enjoyable. These FAQs cover the basics, but if you have questions, just reach out—we're here for you.

Visit our Jim’s Formal Wear page and click the purple “Get Started” button.
Create an account by entering your event name and details. You can order as an individual or set up a group.
Browse styles and customize your look with accessories. For group orders, assign specific outfits to each group member.
Once you've made your selections, follow the instructions in your account to submit your order. Make sure to select Berry Vines as your retailer!
We’ll receive your event details and take it from there.

We don’t carry suits or tuxedos for try-on at the shop, since each outfit is custom-made to order. However, we can take your measurements and help you choose all the pieces for your look, including the suit or tux, shirt, tie, vest, shoes, and accessories.

Orders must be placed at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for processing. The more lead time you allow, the better your chances of getting the exact style you want.

Your suit or tux will typically arrive at our shop 5–10 days before the event. As soon as it arrives, we’ll contact you to come in immediately for a try-on. This fitting is essential to confirm everything is correct and allows time to make any necessary changes before your event.

Your choices are:

A) Get measured at the Berry Vines shop and we'll take all of the necessary measurements for you.

B) Use the JFW Digital Measurement Tool to take two pictures with a friend or in selfie mode. Create your JTW account and get started here.

b) Measure at home using the JFW measuring method. Instructions, videos, and a measurement form can be found on their How to Measure page.

Your suit or tux will ship approximately 5-10 days before your event date.
